The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Partner is the strategic change architect and cultural catalyst for the PT Learning Organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations in PTE you will be part of a global OCM Hub that bundles our Change Management expertise across PTE. You will be dedicated to the global PT Learning Hub and have a dotted reporting line to the Integral Head PT Learning. This role is accountable for driving the organizational, mindset, and behavioral shifts required to elevate learning to a strategic business driver across Pharma Technical Operations.
The Opportunity
