About the Company

Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain is a state-of-the-art plant dedicated to assembling high-voltage battery systems for next‑generation electric vehicle platforms.

The project strengthens sustainable mobility efforts while boosting the regional industrial ecosystem through advanced international technology and efficient production.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage supplier invoices, approval workflows, vendor records, and cost control activities through SAP and internal systems.
• Maintain and update employee data across HR platforms, including SAP, Bizneo, Teams databases, and time management systems.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate administration, and onboarding preparations.
• Administer corporate mobile devices and related services, including inventory management, purchases, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Support expatriate accommodation management,



coordinating housing arrangements, suppliers, contracts, and related expenses.
• Manage vacation balances, employee leave records, and HR system data accuracy.
• Coordinate compliance training activities and maintain completion records.
• Support the administration and renewal of contracts with external providers, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with employees, managers, suppliers, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure efficient HR operations and high-quality administrative support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Degree in HR,Labour Relations, Admin, etc

Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP (valuable)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization
