About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead our quality assurance and project delivery initiatives. In this key role, you will oversee technical processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across our technology programs. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing complex projects, mitigating risks, and aligning technical teams and stakeholders towards successful, high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure strict adherence to coding standards, best practices, and continuous value creation, including Knowledge Management (KM) activities.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance across all project activities. Actively participate in technical design discussions and review technical documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery aligned with defined quality benchmarks.




• Collaborate closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate effective resolutions.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Provide regular, transparent updates to key stakeholders on project progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years (up to 15+) of proven experience in IT project, program, or portfolio delivery within general or international organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workplace & Collaboration technologies, digital workplace transformation, cloud adoption, service rationalization, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
