Soho House is a private members’ club and luxury hotel in Barcelona. Located in the city’s historic Gothic Quarter, it’s surrounded by rich architecture, palm-lined squares and medieval heritage. Main Duties

• Maintain and regularly update employee databases and HR records, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and up to date.

• Manage employee documentation and ensure that HR files are maintained correctly and confidentially.

• Support the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment details, transfers, promotions, absences and offboarding.

• Support the migration of employee information and HR data to the new Factorial HR platform.

• Review,



clean and validate existing employee data prior to migration. Ensure employee information is correctly transferred and maintained within the new platform.

• Collaborate with the HR team and relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies during the migration process.

• Assist employees and Managers with basic queries relating to the new HR platform.

• Support employees with HR-related needs, questions and concerns, escalating matters to the HR Manager when appropriate.

• Work closely and consistently with Managers across the business to understand and support their HR needs.

• Act as a reliable HR partner to the business, ensuring that operational priorities and people needs are effectively balanced.

• Maintain close and continuous collaboration with managers in the diferents departments Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Mainteinance, Events, membership. Health Club & others Understanding the specific HR needs of each departme
