This is a hands-on operations role responsible for keeping people-focused and business-critical workflows running smoothly within a fast-growing international organization.
You will work across People Operations, payroll, finance administration, travel, events, and internal systems.
The role combines day-to-day execution with continuous process improvement, ensuring information, documentation, payments, and logistics are accurate and timely.
You will become a key operational point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
Your work will directly support an efficient employee experience while helping the organization build scalable operational foundations.
You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with opportunities to introduce automation and eliminate unnecessary manual processes.

Accountabilities

•
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, covering contracts, onboarding, role changes, payroll updates, documentation, and offboarding.

Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and other employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

•
Coordinate monthly payroll processes, contractor invoices, employee expenses, and relevant approvals to ensure payments are accurate and delivered on schedule.

Manage business travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, itineraries, bookings, and employee travel-related requests.

•
Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, suppliers, and on-the-ground logistics.
