We're looking for a highly organised eCommerce professional who possesses a strong drive for results and has a passion for customer success. You'll keep the plates spinning for our client accounts: planning,



tracking and coordinating the many moving parts of our clients' Amazon activity so nothing slips through the cracks. You're the person who builds the tracker, chases the action points and gets things delivered on time, while building strong relationships with your clients.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing
● You will prioritise, plan and coordinate client workstreams such as campaigns, new product launches, content updates and seasonal events, owning timelines, task lists and deliverables from kick-off through to completion.
● You will coordinate with internal teams such as eCommerce Operations and Creative Content to ensure tasks are clearly briefed, allocated, followed up and delivered on time.
● You will keep project trackers, action lists and account plans up to date, ensuring deadlines are met and risks, blockers and dependencies are identified early.
