Job Description

Our Business Development team has representatives in the US and across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and manage the relationship of approximately 50 active accounts per quarter.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth within an organization where you will have a varied role developing business opportunities across our software solutions for the Retail & CPG industry.

What you will do:





This is a great role that will be leading from the front where you will be key to building new sales pipeline opportunities.

Discovery process: Developing a deep understanding of the named accounts, through (but not limited to) the following:
• Mapping the organizational structures

• Identifying key decision makers / influencers

• Understanding the IT landscape

• Identifying the “whitespace” in terms of solution gaps

• Documenting the business strategy / challenges / opportunities of the account as it relates to Symphony Retail AI’s solutions
• Using all available marketing tools and materials to best effect

Formulating Strategies: On completion of the discovery process you will formulate strategies and/or tactics to successfully engage with the accounts including:

• Collaborating with the Solution Consulting team to ensure the value proposition is effectively communicated to the targets
