After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

We're looking for a passionate, Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team

About the role

• Identify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting channels

• Qualify leads by uncovering their needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executives

• Act as an expert on the Enginy AI platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing prospecting workflows for Spanish companies

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging,



sequences and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market

• Track and report key metrics (e.g. outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness

• Gather market intelligence (competitor activity, industry-specific challenges) and share those insights with Product and the go-to-market strategy

About you

? Must-haves:

• Languages: Advanced English and native Spanish.

• 1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or tech

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading video calls and cold calls

• Solid knowledge of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)

• Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)

• Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership
