Livensa Living is one of the leading student and versátil housing operators in Spain and Portugal, offering modern, community-focused residences designed to enhance student wellbeing, comfort, and university life experiences. We have also opened new markets in Italy and Germany.

We are looking for a B2B Sales Coordinator who, based in Madrid and reporting to the Sales Director, will grow our B2B partner portfolio in Spain. You'll build long-lasting relationships with universities, study abroad providers, affiliates and international agents so that our residences are well positioned in local and feeder markets.

Responsibilities
• Identify and pitch high-value B2B partners, assess their potential and project room nights and revenue.
• Prospect local and international partners through calls, face-to-face meetings and networking.
• Move each lead through the sales funnel and lead partner onboarding and launch.
• Coordinate tender proposals and contract closures (public and private), presenting offers and leading negotiations.
• Manage partner relationships end to end,



keeping service levels and partner satisfaction high.
• Work closely with our B2B team in Portugal, site teams and Marketing on co-marketing materials and partner events.
• Track all activity in the CRM (Zoho) and report on pipeline and results.

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in one or more of these areas will be highly valued:
• PBSA / Flex Living, ideally in commercial or business development roles
• University international offices or incoming mobility
• Study Abroad
• Hospitality
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a consultative approach and the persistence to close long sales cycles.
• Organised, detail-oriented and hands-on. Proficient in Excel, and CRM experience is a plus.
