This position reports to:
Service Sales Support Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications in Electrification business.
• Providing technical support during technical meetings,



product presentations, and negotiations.
• Performing analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs; and proposing the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries, in Low and Medium Voltage.
• Delivering product/solution/service-related training; and supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
