Working within our OT Cyber Security Centre of Excellence, you will help protect the operational technology environments that support Sonova’s integral manufacturing operations. You will combine hands-on security administration with monitoring, documentation, user support and close collaboration across Operations, Infrastructure, IT and Engineering.

More about the role

• Administer and maintain OT security solutions, including application updates, installation checks and supplier support tickets.

• Support daily OT cyber security activities, including alert management, vulnerability management, asset inventory and user support.

• Develop and maintain practical OT security procedures, standard operating procedures and work instructions for routine security activities.





• Train and support colleagues in the effective use of OT security processes, procedures and solutions.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of OT endpoint detection and response and firewall policies.

• Participate in mitigation planning, testing and the rollout of new security solutions and improvements.

• Collaborate across Operations, Infrastructure, IT and Engineering, promoting security awareness and a strong cyber-secure culture.

More about you

• You have completed vocational training in Information Technology, Control Systems Engineering or a related discipline. A bachelor’s degree and relevant OT certifications would be an advantage.

• You bring approximately two to five years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, together with knowledge of both IT and OT.

• You have hands-on experience in systems administration, IT networks and the installation
