Salesforce is seeking a transformational Regional Vice President to lead the Process Transformation (Regrello & Apromore) sales organization across EMEA. You will join the AI Labs extended leadership community as a key regional leader.



You will own commercial execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. That means driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion and scalable go-to-market motions across a diverse, multi-country, multi-language region.

You will be a trusted advisor to regional and integral senior leadership. You will shape the long-term growth strategy for Process Transformation in EMEA and strengthen Salesforce's market position. Success needs a strong customer focus, an understanding of local market dynamics and regulation across mature and emerging markets, and disciplined execution in a complex, fast-evolving organization.
