Digital Solutions Sales Executive Iberia

What You Will Do

At Johnson Controls, we are transforming the way buildings and critical environments operate through connected technologies, data-driven insights, and digital solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Digital Solutions Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of our digital portfolio across Iberia.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Business Development, and technical teams to identify customer needs, develop digital use cases, and convert opportunities into profitable business growth. You will act as the digital sales expert across key customer accounts while supporting the expansion of recurring digital revenue and long-term customer value.

How You Will Do It

• Identify and develop new Digital Solutions opportunities across strategic customers and target markets.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and digital transformation objectives.
• Build compelling value propositions and business cases that demonstrate measurable customer outcomes.




• Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and order closure.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Vertical Sales teams to increase digital penetration across the customer base.
• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop solution concepts, demonstrations, and customer presentations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of digital opportunities and contribute to accurate forecasting.
• Promote recurring revenue opportunities, including software, subscriptions, digital services, and long-term agreements.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

What We Look For
