The role
Our in-house creator program is where our best-performing paid social ads come from. Every month we reach out to thousands of parents.
Every other creative pipeline at Lingokids gets measured against it. Now we want to take it further: more volume, better quality, wider reach,



and a first real move into longer-form YouTube content. That's where you come in.
What you’ll do
As our Creator Program Manager, you'll:
• Find and grow our network of parent creators and family influencers, from micro UGC makers to established names.

• Run outreach yourself. Email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, our own creator community. Whatever gets results.

• Do the deals. Fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, renewals.

• Write briefs that make great content easy. Lingokids, our audience, the creative angle and the performance goal, explained clearly enough that creators can self-produce ads that feel native.

• Let performance decide what's next. Sit down with the Head of Paid Social, read the results (hook rates, CPA, what actually converted) and turn them into sharper briefs and smarter sourcing.
