YOUR MISSION
The Commercial Strategy Analyst is the analytical engine behind Glovo's XL business performance. As part of the Commercial Strategy team — a new and strategic capability within Glovo — you will be the person who turns data into clarity and clarity into action for our commercial teams.
This is not a passive reporting role. You will own the rhythm of our business performance: building the tools we rely on, driving our weekly and monthly cadences, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and making sure the right people have the right insights at the right time. You'll work closely with XL commercial teams, finance,



and operations to ensure Glovo's business is always moving in the right direction.
THE JOURNEY
• Build and maintain the analytical infrastructure the XL team depends on — dashboards, trackers, and performance tools that make it fast and easy to understand what's happening across the business.

• Drive our business performance cadence — own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the XL vertical, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and tells a clear story.

• Identify negative trends and growth opportunities — proactively monitor KPIs, flag anomalies early, and dig into root causes so the team can act quickly.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations — package your findings into clear, concise insights and strategic recommendations for commercial and senior leadership stakeholders.

• Support planning cycles — contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and QBR processes with robust, bottom-up analysis.
