We are looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist profile to join our IT team. The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and general regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services.

Due to the international scope of the role, working hours are not fixed and may include evening, night, weekend, or rotating shifts, depending on the regions being supported.
Key responsibilities:



Endpoint Operations & Support
- Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues.
- Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning activities.

Endpoint Management
- Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and test device policies, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
- Monitor endpoint compliance and support remediation activities.
- Assist with device lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Software Packaging & Deployment
- Package, test, and deploy software applications and updates.
- Troubleshoot application deployment issues.
- Support application lifecycle management and software maintenance.
