Experteer Overview
As Partnerships Development Manager, you will expand Factorial’s partner network across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will recruit and onboard partners, drive co-selling and channel growth, and act as the primary liaison for Microsoft-focused partners, VARs, and IT consultancies. You’ll regularly engage partners and clients to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and identify integration opportunities that deepen collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams to align on strategy and actively help grow UKu0026amp;I market share through strategic alliances and events.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and recruit new partners in HR/software space with strong Microsoft footprint
• Drive distribution and reseller growth via Microsoft partner network and co-selling channels
• Serve as main contact for Microsoft-focused partners, VARs, and IT consultancies
• Conduct regular partner and client meetings to showcase product and solve problems
• Collect partner/client feedback to identify pain points and integration opportunities




• Upsell Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
• Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Leadership
• Travel to the UKu0026I for industry events, partner visits, and ecosystem meetups

Responsabilidades
• 3–4 years in Partnerships or Channel Sales in SaaS or digital transformation
• Proven experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
• Understanding of Microsoft co-selling mechanisms and channel dynamics
• Experience working with the UK market
• Knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll
• Strong communication and trust-building abilities
• Proactive, idea-oriented, English expert (additional languages a plus)
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
