Job Description

We are looking for Flemish-speaking professionals with Dutch and English language skills who are interested in customer service and support opportunities within international companies.

Depending on the specific position, your responsibilities may include:

Providing professional customer service and assistance in Flemish, Dutch, and English.

Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels.

Providing information about products and services.

Resolving customer questions, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Following established procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Providing basic technical or product-related support when required.

Recording and updating customer information accurately in internal systems.





Collaborating with other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requisitos
Mandatory Languages

Flemish: Native or C2 level MANDATORY and highly important.

Dutch: Fluent / professional level MANDATORY.

English: Fluent professional level MANDATORY.

Other Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, contact center, technical support, or a similar environment is valued.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, polite, and customer-oriented approach.

Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.

Comfortable working with computer systems and MS Office.

Ability to manage different types of customer interactions and stressful situations.

Team-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Must currently live in Barcelona.
