Experteer Overview
As the Grid Automation Cybersecurity SME for ERCIS, you drive cybersecurity expertise across the territory, supporting sales through demos, RFP responses, and tailoring offerings for customers. You will translate market needs into security opportunities, present GA cybersecurity solutions, and guide regional delivery teams. Your hands-on work at client sites plus cross-functional collaboration helps GA grow its cybersecurity offerings and strengthen customer trust.

• Own cybersecurity SME responsibilities for Grid Automation in a designated region
• Support Sales Operations in responding to demo requests, RFPs, and bid/tender inquiries
• Translate market cybersecurity needs into new security opportunities for GA
• Present GA cybersecurity offerings at customer sites, trade shows, and events
• Develop sophisticated cybersecurity designs for customer environments
• Understand competitors and industry trends to inform strategy
• Provide hands-on assistance at client sites for design, configuration, and installation of cybersecurity solutions
• Promote GA cybersecurity offerings to utility and industrial customers and GA sales
• Foster productive interactions with GA regional teams, Product Managers, Ru0026D, and Commercial teams
• Develop, coach, and mentor regional cybersecurity delivery teams to enhance capabilities




• Create and conduct trainings on cybersecurity topics for Regions and GA staff

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• OT cybersecurity experience preferred
• Energy sector experience, especially in industrial protection and control/automation or transmission/distribution
• Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity products and how to sell them
• Experience as cybersecurity sales coach/trainer beyond traditional sales forces
• Experience with various Channel Partners
• Proficiency with Linux and Microsoft Windows OS including security hardening and patch management
• Familiarity with LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, HTTPS, NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, IEC62351 standards and related protocols (IEC61850, DNP, IEC60870-5-104)
• Threat modeling techniques and tools
• Strong customer service mindset
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and VxWorks
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, SharePoint; Box, OneDrive, Smartsheet, Adobe, Tableau, SFDC
• Willingness to participate in early morning/late evening video meetings and travel in Europe (20–50%)
