In this role, you will support our Local Service Unit by driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, and enabling continuous improvement across our operations. and followup on lessons learned.Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and local legal requirements.AnalyzeHSE performance using digital tools (PowerBI, Intelex) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Facilitate risk assessments, training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.Drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives andKPIs.Your BackgroundMinimum 8 years of HSE experience within industrial, service, or technical environments.Certified Occupational Health and Safety Professional holding a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, with accredited qualifications in all three mandatory specialities:Occupational SafetyIndustrial HygieneErgonomics and Psychosocial Risk PreventionThe qualification must be officially recognized and valid for the performance of Occupational Risk Prevention functions in Spain.E
