As seniority increases, the complexity of tasks, autonomy, and leadership responsibilities also grow.Description FunctionsResponsible for on-site installation activities on regular projects or parts of bigger projectsParticipation and preparation of the project installation plan.Logistical organization of the equipment on site.Organize proper unloading and site logisticsInstruct the installation team about installation requirements on a projectDelegate installation responsibility to suppliers / partners.Proper preparation of the start-up of the installation of the equipmentProvide proper feedback about progress and statusPerform quality checks on installation and the processesCreate and support a high-quality hand over to commissioningSupport commissioning during the testing phaseOrganize all site related activities for the project until handover to costumerEnsure Health and Safety requirements.Create a safe working environment during the project installation phasesMonitor and manage project costs under his responsibility, ensure budget compliance, validate expenses, and report variances to maintain profitability.Profile RequirementsMust have the training or ability certificate, as well as present it.Not have criminal or police record due to the location of the project.Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience in team management.Leadership skills.Excellent communication and motivational skillsDynamic problem solverStrong analytical skillsTaking the initiative, work autonomouslyDelegatingCustomer orientationCooperatingFlexibility
