Experteer Overview
As SAP Business Process Expert, you will design, configure, test, and maintain S/4HANA and connected SAP/non-SAP Finance apps across the full lifecycle. You’ll own global GL, cFIN, BPC, and tax processes, aligning them with RTR/OTC/PTP and global template solutions. You’ll bridge IT and business teams to map processes to ERP, shaping the Finance Product Roadmap. This role sits in the Digital u0026amp; Platforms ERP Finance team and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to enable scalable, compliant finance transformations. You will drive end-to-end process design and system implementation in a multinational context, delivering measurable impact on finance operations.

• Act as the primary IT contact for the global S/4HANA finance implementation across regions
• Map local finance, controllership u0026 taxation processes to the Global Template in S/4HANA and define functional/non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with ERP/IT BPEs, Solution Engineers, and Architects to optimize processes while meeting compliance, security, performance, cost, and interoperability needs
• Translate process designs into SAP system designs on S/4HANA and related RISE/SAP Cloud solutions (DRC, BRF+, TDF, Group Reporting)
• Create design and test artifacts (functional/technical design, traceability, test scenarios)
• Implement legal/regulatory/tax reporting changes in ERP via projects and third-party integrations (e.g., BlackLine, Hyperion, DRC, OneSource, Edicom, Sovos)
• Configure GL and cFIN functionalities, resolve AIF/SLT issues
• Configure tax calculation workflows and integration with pricing procedures




• Design and configure BPC reporting and upstream/downstream BW/Data Lake integrations (PowerBI/Alteryx)
• Perform functional and non-functional testing (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance)
• Identify dependencies for new SAP functionality within ongoing business and IT initiatives
• Write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with developers on implementation
• Manage SAP upgrades, including regression testing and deployment
• Contribute to SAP Security role definitions and authorization objects
• Support cross-platform AI, automation, reporting, and analytics for ERP data lineage and security
• Assist in Production issue resolution and escalation when needed
• Maintain and retire global SAP solutions as newer SAP platforms replace legacy systems

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred; may require CPA or advanced accounting degree)
• ~10 years SAP Finance experience; large-client S/4HANA exposure preferred
• Proven ability to independently design and configure SAP Finance processes (GL, cFIN, BPC, Tax)
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to present to global audiences
• Experience with multi-country SAP environments and cross-process integration (OTC, PTP, Manufacturing)
• Solution architecture experience in Finance and Tax domains is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP tools and modules (DRC, Group Reporting, BPC, BRF+, TDF)
• Ability to manage upgrades, testing, and deployments across general regions
• Experience with external tools like BlackLine, Hyperion, DRC, OneSource, Edicom, Sovos preferred
• Knowledge of data security, data lineage, and ERP data governance
