Duties Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER: Responsible for the reception of goods and equipment for the dining room. Organisation and tidiness in fridges and storerooms. Use of beer puller and coffee machine. Setting up events and groups. Follow-up of the HACCP system. Cleaning of the room and utensils, waste management according to established protocols. Cleaning and organisation of material with dishwasher hood.
