Candidates will have over 8-10 years of PQE advising pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical devices’ companies on Legal matters. 3+ years of experience managing teams is required.Candidate will be the Head of Legal Spain of the company and lead a small team. He/she will be based in Barcelona.Full competency in Spanish and English is required. German is a plus.REPORT LINEDirect report to the Supervisory Board and CEO of the Spanish Branch, and to the Regional/Integral General Counsel of the Group.JOB PURPOSEThe Head of Legal Spain will act as primary legal advisor to the Group’s Spanish Legal entity, including the Data Protection matters.He/she will provide legal support and advice on a wide range of commercial, operational, and governance issues,
