Cicoil Business Development Manager
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is a critical growth driver at Cicoil, responsible for expanding the company's market presence and revenue through strategic sales leadership, targeted account development, and new market penetration. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring Cicoil maintains its position as an industry leader by identifying and converting high-value opportunities, deepening existing customer relationships, and guiding the strategic direction of business development efforts.
The adecuado candidate is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to drive B2B sales in technical or engineered product environments. They bring a rare combination of technical aptitude, business acumen, and interpersonal excellence that allows them to engage effectively with engineers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders alike. This individual is comfortable navigating long sales cycles, translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions,



and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure every customer interaction reflects Cicoil's commitment to quality and innovation.
Working in close coordination with the General Manager and the broader Amphenol corporate team, the Business Development Manager will shape and execute the company's multi-year growth strategy, driving order bookings, expanding the customer database, and championing new product development initiatives that align with evolving market demands.
Minimum Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a technical degree is strongly preferred.
MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience

3–5 years of progressive experience in B2B technical sales, business development, or account management within electronics manufacturing or related technical industries.
