Lead
PCB design and testing
of hardware solutions, using simulation tools, lab equipment to verify performance and adherence to both system and regulatory requirements.
Safety analysis of the design:
Perform
Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
and
Failure Mode, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA)
to identify potential failure points and improve system dependability.
Perform
reliability calculations
to verify design decisions and validate safety requirements.
Ensure design meet regulatory standards and requirements, regarding both development practices and technical aspects, such as EMI/EMC and environmental aspects.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, providing regular updates and solutions to keep projects on track
Mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
