Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.

Assist users with account settings, content-related inquiries, and refund requests.





Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.

Identify issues such as phishing, spam, and malware.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).

Strong written communication skills.

Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.

Must have valid work authorization in Greece
