Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems Identify and escalat complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution Your Qualifications

Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch with an advanced level of English Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)



Feel comfortable working in a customer service environment Have strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation Don't meet every requirement?
