The selected person will join the Online Merchandising team. **Responsibilities: ** Achieving the sales targets set for each market. Continuous analysis, tracking, and reporting of sales performance. Analyzing the performance of digital KPIs throughout the funnel, from the moment the user enters the website until they leave.



Adapting the product offering in each market according to its needs and sales objectives. Collaborating with the digital marketing department in developing strategies to increase product visibility (product positioning in each market). Restructuring and improving processes. Managing the product on the website (entries, stock levels, etc.). Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in a digital environment. Sensitivity towards the product and the brand. Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
