Requirements

Mandatory LanguagesFlemish: Native or C2 level – MANDATORY and highly important.Dutch: Fluent / professional level – MANDATORY.English: Fluent professional level – MANDATORY.Other RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, contact center, technical support, or a similar environment is valued.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, polite, and customer-oriented approach.Ability to follow procedures and quality standards.Comfortable working with computer systems and MS Office.Ability to manage different types of customer interactions and stressful situations.Team-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.Must currently live in Barcelona.
