new chapter . We remain a close-knit, agile and highly execution-driven organization, but we want to strengthen our ability to grow sustainably, develop our managers and build the systems that will support our international ambition. That is why we are looking to bring on board someone to

lead the evolution of our people and organization .

Building an organization is not about adding processes. It is about creating the right environment for people to perform, grow and build something that lasts. We are not looking for an administration-focused profile: we are looking for someone who enjoys designing structure, developing people and creating systems that work — someone who will help transform a growing company into a more scalable organization, better prepared for the future.

What you will do You will have direct access to leadership and real influence to build — not just to manage what already exists:

Build the organization

— design structure, roles and bands as the team grows internationally.

Implement performance management

— define objectives, reviews and feedback cycles that work in practice.

Develop managers





— support team leads in their growth as leaders.

Design people processes

— recruitment, onboarding, development and talent retention.

Create metrics

— define the indicators that enable sound, informed decisions about the organization.

Support growth

— anticipate the people and structure needs of each new phase.

Ideal candidate We are looking for someone with structured thinking and a real capacity to execute — not just to diagnose. Ideally:

Solid experience in People / Organization / HR roles, preferably in growth or professionalization environments.

A demonstrable track record designing structure, performance and team development — not just administering inherited processes.

The ability to build from scratch, with autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills and a high level of English (international environment).

Judgement, integrity and commitment to the project and our values.
