(1) Coordinate Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties preparation activities: Set up Cost offer creation Ensure coordination and preparation action tracking Ensure Material and GSE availability Define resource need and intervention planning Confirm resource availability Ensure local logistic(2) Lead Maintenance/Retrofit/Working Parties Execution: Lead local maintenance teams(Make/Buy) Lead work execution in TCQ Interface and report progress to customer and internal organization(3) Lead Working Party Team: Manage workload resources Lead Technically subcontracted activities Report status Report and mitigate risksRequired skills
