Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)Required Skills- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience.- Must have SAP domain experience.- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence, including management level at customer.- People with Lead experience who have customer interaction and client manangement are also acceptable- Pro‑active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and “customer first” mind.- Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills.- Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offering.- Good understanding of SAP technical topic.- Good understanding of SAP HANA database.- Customer facing working experience.- Accustomed to work in international environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
