¿ What you’ll do
Contact management: Handling calls from potential customers and attempting to close the sale.
Commercial Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and reactivate past customers to build your portfolio.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored travel solutions.
Closing & Conversion: Handle objections confidently, close high-value bookings, and boost conversion and upselling.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM and take ownership of your sales targets.
What we are looking for
Experience: Background in inbound sales, telesales, B2C sales, or business development.




Commercial Mindset: Strong results orientation, confidence in calls, and solid objection-handling/closing skills.
Industry: Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
Languages: Native-level or C2 French is required (additional languages are a plus).
Work Authorization: Full right to work in Spain.
Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts with flexibility to work some weekends.
