ABOUT THIS ROLE

- Hybrid affiliate marketing and digital growth profile, with proven experience in revenue generation and partnership development, capable of scaling the web channel and building an indirect distribution network.
- Understands how to convert traffic into revenue, not just clicks.
- Idóneo background: Digital + Partnerships, or Marketing + Business Development.
- Junior-Mid / Mid-level (3-6 years of experience).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, launch, and scale digital channels (web and affiliate marketing)



to drive transaction volume and profitable margins within the foreign exchange business.
- Web Channel: Optimize the entire funnel from traffic conversion transaction.
- Affiliate Development: Build and scale an affiliate network that generates qualified traffic and sales.
- Performance Management & Analytics:
- Prepare weekly reporting on sales, channel performance, and profitability.
- Identify the most profitable channels and key bottlenecks.
- Recommend and implement investment and performance optimization adjustments.
