Summary:

The Science Department is seeking a full-time, passionate, energetic, and innovative Physics teacher who is interested in joining a collaborative group of science educators and working with highly motivated high school students in a diverse and international community.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred (such as the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training).

- Knowledge of IB (International Baccalaureate) Methodology is preferred.

- Proficiency and skill in using instructional technology, including iPads in the classroom and simulation/laboratory software.

- Willingness to teach introductory science/physics courses and the potential to teach higher levels (IB Diploma Programme).





- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including a clear voice.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Must possess strong classroom management skills and a demonstrated ability to engage students in practical and experimental learning.

- Must maintain a professional demeanor.

- Ability to work well with others, resolve controversies and conflicts through respectful negotiation, and accept constructive feedback.

- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience in the face of challenges, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
