Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally in Madrid Barajas T4.
- Proactively approach and engage customers.
- Present products and provide recommendations.
- Drive sales and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Build a strong relationship with Avolta and Duty Free staff.
- Maintain high standards of brand visibility and presentation.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven previous experience in managing a small team and airport environment
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills.
- Dedicated, passionate, proactive, and reliable.
- Previous experience at Madrid Airport is a plus.
- Good connection or previous experience with Avolta staff is an advantage.
