You’ll start conversations, understand what potential customers need and arrange qualified meetings for our sales team. In return, you’ll receive a fixed salary, performance-based bonus opportunities and guidance from experienced colleagues.
What you’ll do
This is an outbound sales role: you’ll actively approach potential customers by phone and email. You’ll need to be comfortable introducing yourself, asking questions and keeping going when someone says no.

Your focus will be to:

- Understand each business’s needs and explain how products such as Byggfakta SMART and Lattira Source could help.
- Book qualified meetings, giving the sales team clear information to build on.
- Keep customer information and follow-up activity accurate in our CRM.
- Work towards individual and team targets, taking ownership of your activity and results.

What you’ll bring




You’ll need fluent spoken and written Swedish, with the confidence to hold business conversations and write clearly to customers in Sweden.
We’re looking for someone who listens carefully, asks useful questions and follows through. You should be organised, willing to learn and motivated by working towards clear goals.
Experience in sales, appointment setting or another customer-facing role would be useful. If you’re starting your career, we’d also like to hear how your studies, work or other experience have prepared you for speaking with customers and working towards targets.
