Role Description

The Luxury Real Estate Broker will manage the full transaction process, from sourcing opportunities to negotiation and closing, while building strong relationships with HNWIs and property owners.We are looking for someone commercial, independent, detail-oriented, and client-focused, who wants to be an active part of a growing boutique firm and contribute to its development.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial, sales, or client-facing role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and building long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven mindset,



with the ability to develop strategies to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong commercial awareness, initiative, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions.
- English and Spanish required; Catalan and additional languages are a plus.
- Luxury real estate or high-value sales experience is preferred.
