The role frames hypotheses, designs experiments, interprets data, and guides cross-functional teams to make decisive, data-driven choices. This position fosters scientific excellence, collaboration, and external visibility through publications and conferences while ensuring robust documentation, IP awareness, and compliance with EHS and ethical standards.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES• Define scientific strategy and deliverables for assigned project(s); maintain clear objectives and go/no-go criteria.• Design and oversee experimental plans; interpret results and steer decision making.• Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., biology, chemistry, DMPK, tox, CMC) and manage external collaborations.• Present findings to governance; maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity.• Contribute to publications, patents, and scientific engagement with KOLs and partners.• Manage budgets/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigations.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with strong postdoctoral/industry experience.• 6–8+ years in drug discovery/development with demonstrated project leadership.• Track record of impactful scientific contributions and cross-functional collaboration.• Strong communication, data interpretation,



and strategic thinking skills.PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES• Experience progressing assets through IND-enabling and early clinical stages.• Publications and conference presence in relevant therapeutic area.• Experience managing CROs/academic collaborations.
