Experteer Overview

In this role you maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance BMS and EPMS for AWS data centers, ensuring safe, reliable operations. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage controls improvement projects, and collaborate with operations teams to scale infrastructure.

You’ll shape controls standards from the ground up while tackling complex technical problems. This position offers hands-on work on critical facilities and opportunities to impact data-center reliability at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS and EPMS, adjusting plans based on equipment condition and risk to keep data centers safe and reliable
- Manage scope, schedule, and execution of controls improvement projects, including SOO creation, modifying control logic, and commissioning new systems during builds
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical control issues across generators, switchgear, chillers, cooling towers, and related infrastructure




- Escalate abnormal conditions as needed and serve as an escalation point during incidents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, design teams, and external vendors to review outcomes, align on deliverables, and ensure compliance with codes and standards
- Contribute to process improvements and provide hands-on training on equipment operation, BMS/EPMS configuration, and best practices

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in project management
- Preferred: Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License or operating engineering license (DC II, DC III, or equivalent)
