Experteer Overview

In this role you will support the design and operation of data infrastructures on Google Cloud, building data products and pipelines for the ODE platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable cloud solutions, ensure security and compliance, and enable data-driven decision making.

You’ll work on processing and transforming data at scale, leveraging modern tooling, and contribute to AI initiatives with Vertex AI. This position offers hands-on experience across multi-environment deployments and cloud-native development. You will be part of a mission-driven team delivering reliable data services at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Data ingest and development of data products on ODE
- Operate and maintain data products on ODE
- Deploy and manage GCP infrastructure (network, IAM, Secret Manager, VPN, load balancing)
- Data processing with Hadoop/Hive and PySpark; implement workflows with Airflow
- Manage GKE, Cloud Run, Big Query, Compute Engine, Composer via Terraform
- Develop Python applications for GCP services




- CI/CD automation using Git Lab Magenta for cloud deployments
- Security and compliance: IAM policies, secrets, and IAP enforcement
- Data integration from CDI, FTP servers (Datendrehscheibe), TARDIS APIs, and GCS
- Deploy workloads across DEV/TEST/PROD environments
- Implement AI solutions with Vertex AI for model building and deployment

Responsabilidades

- Certified GCP Cloud Architect or Data Engineer
- Experience with GCP services (GKE, Cloud Run, Big Query, Compute Engine, Composer)
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience with Airflow for job orchestration
- Python application development for GCP
- PySpark and Hadoop/Hive data processing
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Git Lab Magenta)
- Data integration from various sources (CDI, FTP, APIs, GCS)
- Security IAM, Secrets Manager, and IAP concepts
- Multi-environment deployment (DEV/TEST/PROD)
- Vertex AI knowledge or experience would be a plus
