We are looking for two English-speaking people to join our chat sales and customer relations team in Barcelona.
No previous experience is required. We will teach you our tools, content, and sales approach. What matters is excellent English, good judgment, a natural feel for conversation, and a willingness to learn.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage subscriber messages for an established premium adult creator on OnlyFans. Your work will combine personalized conversations, customer care, and selling digital content.
This role involves adult content and conversations of a sexual nature. You will not be required to appear on camera or create adult content.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Write natural, engaging messages in English, following the brand’s voice.
• Read previous conversations and remember important customer details.
• Understand subscriber interests and recommend relevant paid content.
• Follow up thoughtfully and build lasting customer relationships.
• Keep accurate customer notes and clear handovers between shifts.
• Follow platform rules and maintain confidentiality.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent written English. Our team communicates in English; Spanish is not required.
• Someone curious, attentive, and able to understand conversational cues.
• A person who can adapt their tone to different customers.
• Reliability, organization, and strong attention to detail.
• A commercial mindset and comfort working toward sales goals.




• Openness to feedback and a willingness to improve.
• Comfort working with adult content and sexual conversations.
Previous sales or customer service experience is welcome, but not essential.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Hybrid work: a combination of shifts in our Barcelona office and remote work. You must be able to attend the office and have reliable internet and a private workspace for remote shifts.
Available shifts, in Barcelona local time:
Morning: 09:00–17:00
Evening: 17:00–01:00
These durations include breaks within the shift. All initial training takes place in person at our office during daytime hours, 09:00–17:00, regardless of your assigned shift. Once training is complete, the role combines office and remote work.
COMPENSATION
A guaranteed monthly take-home base of €1,050, plus 4–7% commission on attributed personal sales, depending on experience and performance. Commission calculation, tax treatment, and payment terms will be explained before starting.
WORK SCHEDULE
Five working days per week, with two days off scheduled separately and agreed in advance. Weekend availability is required.
