In this role you oversee the refurbishment of a luxury hospitality project in Sóller, Mallorca, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. You will lead construction and project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet demanding standards. You drive planning, risk management, and vendor collaboration to achieve a premium refurbishment that aligns with the property’s brand. This position offers hands-on leadership in a niche market with a focus on excellence and on-site execution.
