Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Glovo’s HR operations across Spain from Barcelona, acting as the first point of contact for people-related policies and processes. You’ll enhance the employee experience, manage HR documentation and systems, and help drive continuous improvement in the People department within a fast-paced startup environment. Your work will enable a smooth people experience for riders and staff while aligning with the company’s diversity and inclusion values.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on People policies and procedures
• Deliver engaging employee experiences and support
• Monitor absenteeism KPIs, sick leaves, and accidents
• Manage employment documentation (contracts, legal docs, personal data)
• Maintain employee data across People systems
• Collect and maintain day-to-day information (sick leaves, holidays, salary changes, hours)




• Support the labor team in performance processes
• Lead new projects to continuously improve the HR/People department

Responsabilidades
• Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, or Business or similar
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup and with all management levels
• Analytics skills (Google Sheets, mid-advanced)
• Thrives in ambiguity
• Organized, proactive, and creative
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
