Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive production across one or two feature teams on an unannounced cross‑platform Strategy/MMO project in Barcelona. You’ll coordinate multi‑disciplinary pods, optimize production processes, and coach teams to deliver high‑quality features on schedule. You’ll partner with engineering, art, and product leadership to balance priorities, capacity, and clarity, ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed. This position offers impact through shaping production culture and scalable workflows for a rapidly growing studio.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of production experience in development teams
• Excellent communication and people interaction skills
• Solid understanding of Agile and its standard practices
• Experience working with JIRA
• Worked on large live service games
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting abilities
• Ability to streamline operations and create efficiencies in how teams work
• Structured and well organized with strong priority assessment能力
