Experteer Overview
In this role you will become the expert for our Image Guided Surgery offerings and build trusted relationships with hospitals and surgeons. You will travel across your region to support customer interactions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the full sales cycle from demos to post-sale follow-up. You’ll contribute to Brainlab’s growth in Spain and help expand our digital surgery footprint with a focus on patient care. This position offers meaningful, hands-on work in a fast-paced medtech environment with a clear impact on clinical outcomes.

• Travel within your region to support customer visits, workshops, and conferences

• Support the full sales cycle from lead generation and product demos to post-sale follow-up
• Prepare tender and proposal documentation (quotes, letters, technical responses)
• Help grow Brainlab's presence in Spain and advance the mission of improving patient care
• Represent Brainlab professionally with curiosity and innovation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or equivalent experience
• Interest in medical technology, surgical workflows, and healthcare innovation
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, organized, proactive
• Sales experience with capital equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel; ideally based near Madrid and near a major airport
• Fluent in Spanish and English
