acting as the first point of contact with existing customers

The Role
?

We are looking for an
Account Manager
in the
Portuguese Market
to join our Customer Experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of
retaining
a specific portfolio of clients creating
long-term relationships




with them, understanding their processes and problems, and
detecting product improvements
and
upsell
opportunities.

What you'll do
?
- Identify upsell opportunities and generate a minimum of revenue from each client.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls in order to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
- Provide after-sales support to retain customers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
- Recognize and proactively report trends, and potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.

Your Profile
?
- You have experience in a customer service and sales position, preferably in online support.
- You are analytical, organized, and a great multitasker.
- You have a digital profile: you enjoy and adapt easily to new tech tools.
- You are interested in the B2B SaaS
