Abstract Digiops is hiring experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Representatives for a U.S. Hospital Indemnity insurance campaign.

This is a 100% performance-based opportunity, with compensation paid per qualified sale.

Spanish-Speaking Hospital Indemnity Sales Representative

Compensation

$20 USD per qualified sale

This is a per-sale position. There is no hourly or fixed salary component.

Language Requirements
- Fluent Spanish is required
- Good English communication skills are required
- Representatives must be comfortable communicating professionally in both Spanish and English

Responsibilities
- Speak with consumers regarding Hospital Indemnity insurance
- Follow the provided campaign script and qualification guidelines
- Build rapport and understand consumer needs
- Accurately qualify prospects
- Generate qualified sales
- Maintain high call quality and compliance standards
- Follow management feedback and campaign optimization instructions

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaking ability




- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in U.S. insurance sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or call center sales preferred
- Hospital Indemnity, Medicare, or other U.S. insurance campaign experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, listening, and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to work according to U.S. Eastern Time

Working Hours

Monday through Saturday

Campaign hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

Specific shifts will be assigned based on campaign requirements.

Payment Timing

Qualified sales will be tracked through the campaign's call-tracking system, and payments will be processed according to the campaign's established verification and payment schedule.
