T and safety project objectives Sourcing performance Negotiations of payments conditions Business plan & strategy commodity in place Capex dashboard (hours, sourcing metrics etc.) Contractual frames in place Activities She/he is responsible to manage whole purchasing perimeter of the project and define clear S.OW with MRO Plant Buyers; She/he is responsible to follow and ensure the usage of the internal procedures ref. to purchasing métier, safety and environment; She/he is responsible for the purchasing capex budget (hours & money) allocated for the project Capex Commodity purchasing lead Defines and builds the worldwide purchasing strategies for the commodity under its responsibility according the division needs; Builds & up- date business plan; Masters the market commodity: suppliers knowledge, new comers, trends, innovation, mid and long terms risks and opportunities...; Develops high level of Technical knowledge, cost understanding, market awareness on his/her segments
